BantamBB all started out when she was making a quiet book for her little (at the time 2 year old) son, Oliver. "We both watched copious amounts of Doctor Who at the time, and found it only fitting to make a Whospired book for him for the two day road trip that loomed in the near future." She posted a link to a fairly popular "geek" blog in the summer of 2012, and so the madness began!
She is heavily inspired by her son, who is a rambunctious little 3 1/2 year old who loves all things pirate, monster, Disney/Pixar, and dinosaurs. BB (who happens to be a child of the 80's) is inspired by all things pop culture, particularly the sci-fi/fantasy side.Some her favorite things include: The Dark Crystal, Doctor Who (duh!), anything David Lynch, Old horror films, doing crossword puzzles, collecting pinned insects, reading (Gaiman!), all things Oregon, and bats.
She currently resides in Southern California with Oliver and their Cat, Loch Ness. You can find BB on Etsy and Twitter.
