Krista of Pixiefashions has been crafting and creating items since she learned to use scissors. I was taught to sew by my grandmother and one of the first things I remember making was a lounge outfit in leopard print for my stuffed animal. I have been selling online as Pixiefashions since 1999 and this has always been my love and passion. I am inspired by horror, pop culture, vintage fashions and l love comics and superheros. I try make stuff that will appeal to a variety of audiences, the something for everyone. My store changes a lot and I am always trying to think of new items to add.

I love hearing from my customers, knowing that they are happy with their purchase, or that they gave it as a gift. It means a lot to know that I am making people happy by offering them a high quality item. I have two small dogs and a great partner who put up with my crafting stuff all over the house, and who are there for support when I need it.

More than 12,000 people helped this little boy's wish, through the Make a Wish Foundation, of being Batman, come true! For one day, the city of San Fransisco became Gotham City, and this leukemia survivor was driven in Lamborghinis to fight crime. Pictures below, and more pictures here. Radio stations announced where bad guys were, and even celebrities pitched in to send messages of gratitude to this child who is a true hero. My favorite is from the cast of "Arrow", watch it here.
